There is a bell inside the fox. The curly metal sticking out of its mouth symbolises a key for a store-house. 

This is hand made by Furukawa-san in Kyoto. It is a decorative handicraft item, for your shelf or display. 

Size: 11cm tall, 8cm wide, 8cm deep.

These are a traditional folk craft in Japan. Furukawa-san was inspired to start papier-mache making from when he used to tour all over Japan during his days playing the banjo. Furukawa-san makes these from his studio in Kyoto in his old family shop.

Hand made in Kyoto, Japan. Please note because these are all handmade they will have imperfections. This is part of their beauty!
