A mould designed for forming onigiri rice balls. Cooked rice is pressed into the mould to compact it evenly. The interior surface is finished with a double embossed texture, which reduces rice adhesion and helps prevent sticking during shaping. Once formed, the rice ball is released by pressing from the base, allowing it to lift out cleanly.
