Three-ply stainless steel saucepan designed by Sori Yanagi. It has a clever lid and pouring design that makes it particularly easy to use. It won a Japanese Good Design Award in 1998. The saucepan has two pouring spouts, one on each side, making it easy to pour from either hand. The lid can be positioned in two ways: fully covering the saucepan, or rotated to the side so that one of the pouring spouts is open. This means you can pour off liquid while keeping the lid in place, which is particularly useful when draining cooking water from vegetables or pasta.

It has a 2 litre capacity; a useful size for sauces, soups, vegetables, grains and other everyday cooking. The three-ply construction combines two layers of stainless steel with a pure aluminium core, helping to distribute heat evenly. It is suitable for all cooktops, including induction. The saucepan comes with a stainless steel lid and a Bakelite handle and knob.
