Miso Strainer
Made in Japan from durable stainless steel, this traditional-style miso strainer is designed to dissolve miso directly into the pot without lumps. The miso paste is pressed through the mesh with the spoon, creating a more even broth while keeping the process simple and tidy. A small hook on the reverse of the handle allows the strainer to rest securely on the edge of a pot while cooking.
Produced in Tsubame, Niigata, which is a region renowned for generations of stainless steel craftsmanship.
