We use these daily in our studio kitchen and at home, and often get asked where to find them. The design is cute and ergonomic; very comfortable to use.

Designed in 1974 by Sori Yanagi, this fork won the Good Design Award that same year. It’s made from stainless steel by Nihon Yoshokki Co. in Niigata Prefecture — a region known for its steel and cutlery manufacturing.
